this first one is a tool to be used by users that want to upload a torrent

this is a tracker, a "pure" tracker- to be exact - that means it only handles stats and keeps up with clients that are trying to join the swarm(?) ... you have to query the tracker with some PHP to get stats into a web page...
man, this seems like alot - I just would like to make the torrent protocol as seamless as possible - maybe I could do this as a school project
