I would order this right now if I could.  Think about it:

  • wireless connection is set to detect my home network and download when I get home = always something to listen to.
  • GPS logs everywhere I go and spits it to the home network - cool usage data.
  • put an app on the touch screen that is for when I fuel up = everything I ever wanted to know

and I fall in love with my automobile again, like the early days of CD's and mp3's.

Of course, I think I'd have to add a cd rom and aWIFI board and graphics card to drive the touch screen... so I'm sure it'd be well into the $500-1000 range.

linux - tracking cpu temp (and other temps)

Linux I/O Redirection- I think I'll use lmsensors and i/o redirect to daily.monthly log

How do I monitor CPU temperature?

Safe CPU temperature

Monitor temperatures with Linux, Nagios, and DS1820- Nagios, sounds interesting

Nagios: Screenshots
sleep = good.
